SYNCREX builds the Gold V2ray application as an open source application (under GPL Licenses), forked from V2rayNG project. The Service is provided free of charge by SYNCREX and is intended to be used as is.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding my policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use my Service.

Gold V2ray respects and protects the personal privacy rights of all users, and for this reason we disclose this privacy policy to the public. Your use of Gold V2ray means that you have read and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please stop using and uninstall Gold V2ray immediately.

If you choose to use my Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that I collect is used for providing and improving the Service. I will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which are accessible at Gold V2ray unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

For a better experience, while using our Service, I may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to SYNCREX. The information that I request will be retained on your device and is not collected by me in any way. The Gold V2ray app may contain features that require unlocking through IAP payment, and your payment information will be processed by the relevant IAP channel, and we have no access to the payment information.

The app does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.

This app provides its users with an updated list of free servers. For better access, these lists will be available on three web addresses that are downloaded unilaterally and in the background and presented to the user in the application.

I want to inform you that whenever you use my Service, in a case of an error in the app I collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing my Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics. When you report an error in app operation to Gold V2ray developers, the developer may ask you to provide software and system logs to help confirm the cause of the problem. Since the logs may contain sensitive information, such information can only be sent by yourself. We do not make any express or implied guarantees about the security and privacy of any transmission service. Please choose a method that is acceptable to you when transmitting relevant information.

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.

This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third-party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services.
